I love gathering folks together with intention, centered around celebration & great food.

My passion for proper hospitality and great food has been formed over decades of exposure to diverse environments, cultures, and communities, immersing me in local traditions wherever I found myself. I now share this exciting erudition, creativity, and perspective with you.

In 2011, I began working at a handful of bistros, bakeries, & butcher shops, and in 2015 I was blessed with joining a small team of 4 in the kitchen on tour with The Dave Matthews Band, curating meals from local farms across the U.S. and Canada. I’d end up doing 6 tours with them and spending 12 years on the road touring with different artists.
