Meet The Chef

I love gathering folks together with intention, centered around celebration & great food.

My passion for hospitality and cooking began young when I stumbled upon the Food Network’s Emeril Live. Emeril’s ability to cook and entertain simultaneously, in my opinion, was and is the coolest skill, ever; it captivated me.

I landed my first kitchen gig under a chef who graciously trained me in classical French cooking and following that apprenticeship, I moved to Boston to work at Flour Bakery, as well as a local, family-owned butcher shop.

In 2015 I was blessed with the opportunity to go on tour with The Dave Matthews Band as part of an eight-member team providing hospitality services for the band and crew, where I’d end up doing 6 tours. I’ve also been lucky to have toured with Taylor Swift, Post Malone, Noah Kahan, The Lumineers, Mumford & Son’s and more over the years.

My love and passion for proper hospitality and great food has been formed over decades of working in an environment of high expectations. I now bring the same resources and offerings to the Bend area.
