Öppen Eld Cookery is a fully self-sustained, on site, event hospitality service. We provide beautifully curated spaces for gathering and celebration, along with meal service for any occasion.

Dishes are seasonally evoked and cooked over an open fire or in a pizza oven. Meals are served family or buffet style and never made in advanced. Ingredients are purchased same day as event, then prepared and served onsite, always ensuring the highest quality and freshness. All food is organic and as locally sourced as possible.

Currently accommodating 2-60 guests at your next private gathering, offering a wide range of services in support of your events hospitality needs.
